Group Product Manager

Lead core product planning, strategy and execution for Ricoh innovations corporation smart vision products;

Identify new trends and requirements for Ricoh smart vision products by working across cross- functional groups: business development, engineering, QA, design UX/UI, sales, customers, finance, product marketing, operations;

Collaborate in defining product features, scope, use cases and write detailed product requirement documents for Ricoh smart vision ideation/R & D team;

Manage product roadmap, prioritization & execution of Ricoh retail intelligence image recognition solutions to improve in-store retail execution;

Evolve product features, platform solutions & industry applications for Ricoh Theta360 camera product based on research, customer scenarios and industry trends for industries like real estate, construction & others;

Coordinate evaluations, quality assurance, track deliverables and constantly report on product development progress to all product stakeholders;

Gather and analyze customer/user data, identify new trends, insights and recommend product strategy across cross-functional teams.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Management, Business Administration or related field with 8 years of experience in the job offered or 8 years of experience as Product Manager, Business Solutions Manager, Software Engineer or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,

Electronics Engineering, Management, Business Administration or related field with 10 years of experience in the job offered or 10 years of experience as Product Manager, Business Solutions Manager, Software Engineer or related occupation.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

(1) Theoretical and practical aspects of product management;

(2) People management and coordination of multi-site teams;

(3) Build analytics dashboards to capture key business metrics;

(4) Create Life Time Value (LTV) Model and Monetization models;

(5) Analyze user engagement data & advertising data;

(6) User acquisition & growth using ad-network;

(7) Advertising funnel and data analysis;

(8) Create product and feature specifications

WORK SCHEDULE: 

40 hrs/wk (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
